Return Policy

Effective from January 1, 2025

ℹ️ Important: Targalo is an online marketplace where independent sellers offer products, supplies and courses. Targalo is not the seller and does not collect payments for products. The commercial relationship is directly between seller and buyer.

🏪 Targalo as a marketplace

Targalo is an intermediary platform connecting sellers and buyers. We are not the direct seller of products listed on the platform.

  • Seller is the person offering and selling products
  • Buyer is the person ordering and paying for products
  • Targalo provides the platform and helps mediate dispute resolution when needed

⚠️ Payments are made directly between seller and buyer. Targalo does not collect or hold funds in escrow.

Legal right to return goods

Under applicable consumer law, the customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

Return and refund conditions are handled individually by each seller in accordance with legal requirements. Specific return conditions are available in the product description or by contacting the seller via Targalo messages.

How to return goods?

1. Contact the seller

First, contact the seller via Targalo messages and inform them about your intention to return the goods.

2. Agree on conditions

Agree with the seller on return details (address, carrier) and who pays return shipping costs.

3. Send the goods back

Return the goods in original condition, ideally in the original packaging, to the seller's address.

4. Refund from the seller

The seller will refund your money after receiving and checking the returned goods, usually within 14 days. Targalo does not hold or return money - the transaction is directly between you and the seller.

💡 Tip: If the seller does not respond or refuses to refund without reason, contact us at info@targalo.cz. We will help mediate the dispute.

Consumer rights

  • 14 days for return: You can return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason
  • Defective goods: You are entitled to claim defective goods under legal conditions
  • Refund: The seller must refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods
  • Dispute support: Targalo helps mediate a solution if communication with the seller fails

Exceptions to the right of return

By law, custom-made goods, perishable goods, or goods modified to customer request may be excluded from return. Specific exceptions depend on product type and each seller's conditions.

Who pays return shipping costs?

Return shipping is usually paid by the customer unless the seller states otherwise. Please verify exact conditions with each seller.

Having trouble returning goods or the seller is not responding? Targalo can help mediate a solution.

Although we are not a direct party to the transaction between you and the seller, we actively assist in dispute resolution and oversee compliance with platform rules. Problematic sellers may be sanctioned up to account termination.
